Terms of Service

The service

Dime Dime Baby AI creates short videos from your portrait, prepared scene instructions and a fixed dance-reference clip supplied by us. You only upload a photo. Classic Entrance is the single template in this release. Output choices are 480p for 5 seconds, or 720p for 5 or 10 seconds, vertical 9:16, without an audio track. Availability may be limited during preview.

Using an account or submitting a generation means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. A disabled button does not promise access to that feature. We may stop accepting new requests during maintenance or provider outages.

Accounts and adult consent

You must be an adult and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure. Use your own portrait or an adult's portrait with their permission to create and use an AI video. You are responsible for the rights associated with your photo and intended use.

Do not upload photos of children, non-consenting people, celebrities or public figures, or photos containing nudity or sexual content. Before generation, you must confirm your adult status, permission to use the portrait and compliance with these content requirements. Replacing the photo requires a fresh confirmation. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, deceptive endorsements, illegal content or moderation evasion. Photos and generated results undergo automated safety checks before delivery. These checks can miss content or flag it incorrectly and do not establish identity, age or consent. We may reject requests or restrict accounts for abuse. A processed request does not certify that publication is lawful.

AI output and reference material

The model creates a new video. Similarity, exact choreography, hand detail, clothing, background and camera movement are not guaranteed. The reference clip is labelled reference footage, not a result generated by this service. We do not promise an exact copy or social-media success.

You retain any rights you already have in your photo and grant the limited permission needed to process it and deliver the result. We do not promise that AI output is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights. Review results before sharing and make any AI disclosure required by the destination platform or law.

Downloads are silent. Adding music is your responsibility. Use music licensed for the platform, region and purpose; conditions can differ for personal posts, business accounts and advertising.

Purchases and credits

Price, credits and currency are shown before checkout. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. 480p, 5-second requests use 5 credits. 720p requests use 10 credits for 5 seconds and 20 credits for 10 seconds. Purchased credit quantities are recorded with each order. Later catalogue changes do not rewrite an existing paid order. Test checkout does not create a real paid purchase.

Credits belong to your account, are not cash, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except under the refund policy or applicable law. Test credits cannot fund live generation and have no cash value. This release does not automatically expire purchased credits. Media files have the shorter retention periods in the privacy policy.

Failures and quality concerns

A confirmed technical failure returns the credits used. An uncertain submission is investigated rather than automatically submitted again. A completed result is not automatically a technical failure because its appearance differs from expectations. Contact support for a quality review. Credit returns and cash refunds are different.

Download results within 7 days. Deleting a delivered result or missing its download period does not itself make the generation a technical failure.

Limits and contact

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a fixed generation time or compatibility with every photo. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or remedies. Request account closure or help through Contact support; do not assume deleting a video closes an account.

The service is independent and not affiliated with TikTok, the song's artists or the original video creators. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the update date and, where appropriate, announced through the service.
