Email support@dimedimebaby-ai.org, including when you cannot sign in. If you can access your account, you can also open a private support ticket.

To help us investigate, include the account email, task or order ID, what happened and roughly when it happened. For a quality concern, describe the part of the result you want us to review while the video is still available. Avoid duplicate submissions for the same problem.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers or unnecessary personal photos. Support tickets accept text rather than photo attachments.

Before contacting us

• Cannot find your video? Check My Videos. Processing can continue after you leave the generator. Downloads are available for 7 days after task creation.
• Credits or payment question? Check the balance, recent credit activity and purchase history in My Videos. A technical credit return is different from a card refund.
• Need a refund review? Read the refund policy, then include the order ID and reason in your request.
• Privacy or deletion request? Read the Privacy Policy and contact the support address above. We may need to verify account ownership.

We review support requests individually. We do not advertise 24-hour staffing or a guaranteed response time.
