Who this policy covers

This policy describes the Dime Dime Baby AI service operated under the dimedimebaby-ai brand at dimedimebaby-ai.org. For questions or a privacy request, email support@dimedimebaby-ai.org. You can also use private account support tickets.

Retention at a glance

• Photo draft in your browser: expires after 24 hours and is cleared on a subsequent visit. Use Remove in the upload box or clear this site's browser storage to remove it sooner.
• Photo copies in our storage: normalized, encrypted and scheduled for removal after processing, with a target maximum of 24 hours. An operational interruption can delay physical cleanup.
• Generated video in your account: download access lasts 7 days from task creation. You can delete a completed or failed video in My Videos; active requests must finish first. Storage deletion may need a retry after access is revoked.
• Copies held by processing providers: separate policies apply. SeeAPI currently specifies no scheduled automatic expiry for stored input files, task information or moderation results. Our cleanup does not erase those copies. Contact support for a deletion request and provider coordination; we do not promise instant deletion from every provider or backup.

Account, payment and support records have separate retention needs, described below. These are storage disclosures, not a promise that a provider has independently verified our deletion workflow.

Information used to provide the service

• Account information: your email, display name, authentication records and, if you choose Google sign-in, the basic profile information returned by Google. Password accounts use password hashes rather than readable passwords.
• Generation information: the photo you submit, the video settings, generated files, task status and information needed to account for credits and handle failures.
• Payments: order identifiers, purchased credits, amounts, currency and payment status. Stripe processes card details; the application does not store your full card number.
• Support: the text and account or order information you provide in a ticket or email. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary personal photos to support.
• Security information: account requests may include IP address, language and browser information used for authentication, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
• Optional referral information: after you allow optional measurement, the initial landing path, referring domain and selected UTM values may be associated with an account or purchase. Unknown sources stay unknown.

We use this information to deliver the service, maintain accounts and credits, answer support requests and protect against misuse. We do not sell uploaded photos. The application does not use uploads to train a model of its own; third-party processing is described below.

Before you generate: the local photo draft

Choosing a photo initially makes a preview on your device. The photo, format and draft identifier are kept in this browser to survive refresh, sign-in and checkout. The draft expires after 24 hours and is cleared on a subsequent visit. It is not erased from a closed browser at the exact expiry time.

The photo is uploaded when you submit Generate. Use Remove or clear this site's browser storage to remove a local draft immediately. Remove drafts before leaving a shared device.

Providers involved in processing

SeeAPI checks a resized copy of your uploaded portrait and samples frames from the generated video before delivery. Its data-handling policy currently specifies no scheduled automatic expiry for input files it stores, task information or moderation results, and 60 days for API request logs. Our 24-hour photo cleanup and 7-day video access window apply to our own storage; they do not erase provider-held copies. Contact support for a deletion request, including coordination with the provider.

Generation sends your normalized portrait, prepared scene instructions and our fixed dance-reference clip to fal.ai and its underlying model provider. You do not need to upload a reference video. Their own processing and retention terms apply. Our application cleanup does not automatically delete a provider's separately retained records. See fal.ai's privacy policy.

Neon stores application records, and Cloudflare R2 stores encrypted media. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security information for request verification. Resend delivers account emails. Google processes your sign-in when you choose that method. Stripe processes payments and associated fraud, accounting and legal records.

These providers may process data outside your country. The fact that files are private in this application does not mean that no processing provider receives them.

Media retention and deletion

Uploaded generation photos are normalized to remove embedded metadata and encrypted in storage. They are scheduled for removal after processing, with a target maximum retention of 24 hours. Videos can be downloaded for 7 days after task creation. Download access stops at expiry; background cleanup removes stored media. Operational interruptions can delay physical cleanup.

Your uploads and results are not published in a public gallery. Media downloads require access to the account that created the task. You can delete a completed or failed video in My Videos. Access is revoked before storage deletion, which may be retried if necessary. Active requests must finish before deletion is available.

Account, task, support, order and credit records have separate retention needs. Some records may remain for dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations after media is deleted. Backups and provider-held records are not represented as instantly erased.

Cookies and referral choices

Necessary storage supports sign-in, security, interface preferences and photo drafts. Optional referral measurement is off until you choose to allow it. You can choose Essential only and still use the service. The footer's Cookie settings lets you change your choice.

With your permission, Plausible Analytics measures visits, referral sources and selected steps through registration, payment and video delivery. Analytics receives cleaned page URLs and action names, not account identifiers, email addresses or media. Account, payment and generation records remain in our application database. See the Cookie Policy for storage purposes, durations, withdrawal and provider details. Advertising tags are not loaded.

Your requests and responsibilities

You may contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to ask about rights available under the law that applies to you. We may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Deleting a video does not close your account.

The service is for adults. Only submit your own portrait or an adult's portrait with permission. Do not submit children's photos, celebrities or public figures, nudity, sexual content or material used to impersonate someone without permission. Security controls reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security or correct AI output.

We update the date when this policy changes and may notify users of material changes through the service. This policy does not limit mandatory privacy rights.
